For some unknown reason the originating document source is identified as ODNI, yet the documents themselves are not officially released. That is not comforting, and points toward controlled messaging.
According to reports today, most citations returning to [Federalist and Fox News], the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, has released the background documents (pertaining to an earlier declassification of documents) showing handwritten notes by CIA Director John Brennan briefing the White House and the CIA referral to the FBI -of Clinton coordinating the Trump-Russia narrative- for operation Crossfire Hurricane.
The two releases today would be connected to the earlier release (red boxes) to the Senate Judiciary Committee

He can't just authorize the release. That just gives the bureaucracy the opportunity to manage (i.e delay) the release. He needs to order the release of all documents in unredacted form and then hold Barr responsible for ensuring nothing is held back or redacted.

My guess is that there is some kind of negotiations going on. This seems like this falls between Trump showing his hand and flipping the table over.

I agree with the sentiment. All I want to know is....when is the payback coming? It's well past time. He has the ability to expose all of this and yet nothing except dribs and drabs comes out. Even now his "authorization" is really nothing but theater. Hell, even if he ordered the release of all the documents the bureaucracy could justifiably stall by saying it will take weeks or months to get them organized. I don't think he is being realistic if he expects hundreds of thousands of documents will be released, read and digested in time for the election.
