    DEVELOPING IN MANHATTAN: Active shooter with an assault rifle at 345 Park Avenue near East 52 Street. Sources tell YWN that an NYPD is among those shot. The suspect is wearing a bullet-proof vest. The NYPD is requesting a "Level 3 Mobilization Reaponse". Level 3, sounds serious....

    Situational Awareness...Don't put yourself there!!

    Head on a swivel. 100% of the time. More important to have this mind set in some places more often. Always know who, and what, is around you. Some people in the area, just assume they are there for no good. Sometimes, depending on the venue, one can understand who belongs, and who does not.
