Check out some YouTube videos of dnt optics thermnight scopes. Night vision, thermal, range finder all in one. Can also use pic in pic- use scope in nv mode with smaller thermal image at same time for scanning. Has great reviews, and would be on my list if I was looking.

Good old jb weld. Dab on the back of the mag catch been keeping the uzi safe from communist NY since the good old Cuomo days. No need to weld in mag with it, these are harder to come by than a stripped lower.
