I just saw the teaser and I think nobody forced Philip Van Cleave to say it's a good idea to give guns to toddlers. The "trick" here is to make the subject think you are on his side so he can express freely, but those are his own thoughts. Do you guys relate to those words?
I feel like this can become a philosophic thread :D
How can we know if someone "is" evil, or bad people, so he/she shouldn't have access to guns? Many times people responsible for mass shootings had no criminal history. My opinion is that we all, depending on the circumstances, can become evil...
Thanks for the reference, I had no idea about those texts from Gandhi. But I second your words, I do believe that guns in the hands of the good man are the only way to stop evil. It's just that I don't think that those are everybody's hands.
Thanks for the message, you sound like a responsible dad.
If you allow me, I would take that as an example of the full situation. Let's imagine your kids are the US population. And let's say you are the government... after all, you set the rules lol
The thing is that even if you are sure...
Thanks so much guys for your response and for the respect all of you showed to me. Both are things that I was not sure I would get, mostly because I'm not even an American and I dare to discuss the main topic of this forum. And I understand it's not any topic, I know this is something important...
I feel honored that you think I can be a "big" scam :D Thanks for sharing this, I can understand much better your position now. Is that range far from NYC? Do you think I could bring a camera there?
Thanks, I am a bit shocked too. I just posted that topic hoping to get "some" response and now I can't keep up with the messages. And believe me, I have other more interesting things to do than trolling people :)
Yes, I would agree to not publish anything if the interviewed person thinks that's not what he/she meant. I will never manipulate or twist the meanings or anything like that. I prefer making a pro-guns video but that is fair to the truth than a not honest but very convincing anti-guns piece...
Steal2B, I think you are right, we must educate our children so they use the tools we all have around in a safe way. But the difference between a gun and a car, for example, is that a car is statistically mostly used to drive people around. I agree with you, it would be so stupid to forbid cars...
