I'm curious what you mean by premise permit? Isn't that just basically target or does it say "premise" on license?

Thinking of a scenario where you get pulled over and they ask if you are carrying. Assuming its county or state troopers which I understand run your tags and know if you are a permit holder. Then you could be in a sticky situation.

wyoming county was a breeze. Got my non Rez from them with just a westchester county sportsman permit. Process took about a 2 weeks total.

Update... What a breeze it was with Wyoming county. Took about 2 weeks total to get my license. They did call my 2 references rather quickly. Picking up my license took about 5 mins total. Didn’t meet with any LEO upon pick up. Only have a sportsperson license in NY but still hooked me up...

Thanks. I'm sure the def in Putnam is similar to Westchester. I have heard that you can write sportsperson in your app and they will process as such. But with googly eyed left wing lattimer at the county seat he would rather taketh away than giveth.
