Albany, I bring my Albany County Amendment Form + State Police Amendment Form to the county clerk, wait..., receive letter in the mail telling me to come in, and then I get a coupon (with judge's signature) to give to the gun store, while I am at the county clerk they will print a new weapon...

My NY FFL told me that the only people they could receive pistols from are other FFL's, or NY Pistol Permit Holders. Not saying you are wrong...just some confusion out there.

To be honest I see this as almost the exact same thing as the Mossberg Shockwave. I think you could have one in 9mm (good luck buying the ammo without a pistol permit though).
