They passed a law that said if a person could be kept from losing it with meds they should be let out. Problem is once they are not under constant supervision they dont take the meds and are left to roam the streets while bughouse loco.

I saw a piece on the local news this morning where they are reporting "Trump refuses to rule out a pardon for Maxwell".
