The whole point of barrel length restrictions is to prevent concealed carry of long guns. They can only be open carried. (Soon to be banned however)

As i said before, carry of long-guns was not prohibited (soon to be however), and because of this it would have been a good case in court. Was just wondering if there was a challenge to it, like a case, or youtube "auditor" style video... I guess not.

This is important... NY is so far gone. In between needing a license just to own a 3d printer, now we got NY judges saying "2A does not belong in my court room!". This man is sentenced 10 years in prison for making guns as a hobby and for owning more then 50 rounds of ammo.
