The only thing that EVER happens is they're outed for alleged misdeeds, which further polarizes they between the two Parties...Governors believe themselves "El President" of their own fiefdoms answerable to no one.

Just pull all Federal dollars away from NY state and private institutions with connections to Albany for a violations of Federal policy and Constitutional Rights violations against its citizens. That will get the attention of large businesses who will immediately pull out of NY. :beer: :salute:

That's my plan and it would work fairly quickly after a few tears and outrage comments from Albany. But NY govt would capitulate.
