It is ridiculously implausible Prince Andrew could have been involved without MI6 knowing it, and where one of the intel Triad is connected so likely are the others. You'd think it would be their job to protect him (and the royal family) from situations that could result in blackmail. That would make sense, that is unless someone wanted to torpedo (happy accident) his chance of ever ascending to the throne. The end result going beyond even that stripping him of his royal title. Maybe far-fetched but maybe not so when you consider the history of that family. They've done far worse to each other over the throne. And gave us our first world war.
Megyn is not wrong about Bondi's ego, but this also the way people react when they know they're stuck in a no-win clusterfuck. They clammor for allies, like Bondi is doing with the public, point fingers, set up a fall-guy and then run for the exits.
And over at the CTH they think it's Bongino that will get the ax (voluntarily or not).

Apparently, Plan Blondie has dirt on them all. And he`s kissin her old saggy wrinkled ass for some reason.
My dollar is on we lose both election cycles.

What makes more sense is that Trump doesn't want to rock his own boat right now by firing his AG in light of the upcoming case covering Crossfire Hurricane, the Steele dossier, and all the other election tampering of the past 10 years.
If Bongino comes back it becomes possible Bondi's days are numbered once the special prosecutor is assigned and underway. That is unless Susie Wiles is able to protect her. Otherwise a loyal AG is more important to Trump through this process than a Deputy FBI Director. Kash Patel's next move is the wild card. This is one of those wait and see things.
