Hmm... Maybe the "free" states should stop recognizing the privilege of a driver's license from the communist states. Charge exorbitant fees and make people jump through hoops, maybe special tests, to be able to cross a border.

Drive from NY to Florida. But you can't go past the NC/VA border without taking special tests, interviews and paying fees. Then your vehicle will have to be inspected (another fee). Sorry. Those tires are illegal here. You have to buy these tires. But first, we have to check your background and see if we'll allow you to get them. Oh. There's another fee for that.

Better have enough gas to get through because that's another set of checks and charges.

Surely there wouldn't be any problem with imposing such restrictions on a PRIVILEGE. After all, it's to make sure our residents are safe.

No one would stand for those restrictions on a PRIVILEGE but have no issues with them on an enumerated RIGHT

No one is more ignorant of the law than anyone who thinks the Constitution gives us our rights. It does not. It protects our rights from government abuse, denial, and infringement.
