Anyone know if there is a database somewhere or list of the Counties in NYS that routinely issue Pistol Licenses with Administrative restrictions? Or conversely a list of those that do not?

Few years ago when I purchased my Para SKS I needed a stock fixed Magazine to replace the detachable that was on the rifle. I found one on the Survivors SKS forum. In fact I specifically wanted one without numbers and found one rather easily. Check out their "for sale" section.
