Absolutely . I’ve been thinking of something for a quick grab rig for under the bed . I mean I have my night stand gun , light and spare mags , but tighty whities are tactically useless .

Lol I get ya and agree . I really don’t care what others carry . 9mm makes sense to me so that’s what I carry . All but 1 of my handguns are 9mm , the 1 that’s not is the best millimeter 10mm that is .

In all seriousness in a self defense scenario I’m thinking your attacker won’t much care which round they just got hit with . Either one makes for a very bad day for the recipient .

As @Will556 stated I just don’t see the benefit of .45 over 9mm . I do however see a point of a niiiice 1911 in the ole .45 for nostalgic reasons . A nice 1911 is on my want list , but I’d more than likely go 10mm at that point . Oh the blasphemy !
