THIS is why I hunt turkeys with my $80 NEF single shot 12 gauge. It's easy to clean and....well......I don't care too much. That said, even though it's 30 years old and the wood and bluing is messed up, the bore and action looks literally brand new.

Exactly why @Bustedknees wants rifles for turkeys, and I agree. I do like the shorter distance hunting, but sometimes it can get frustrating. Once a Tom is spooked, he's very difficult to bring in for days. At 300 yards, he's dunzo. :)

I do 18-24 hour intermittent fasting a couple times a week. I drink water but I don't miss food for that amount of time. :) I easily go longer than 9 hours without water literally every night.
