Thats exactly what I believe. As far as I know the emergency injunction for the CCIA has not been granted so they will need the 16 hours of training also. I told them they might want to wait awhile because the CCIA will fail eventually, but they are dead set they will have a handgun by Sunday. :)

Im gonna revive this old thread. I would ask the co-worker too. My wifes Shield in 380 is downright snappy compared to a 22LR. And even in my GP100 3 inch, 38 SP isnt exactly a "light" recoil. And neither are anywhere close to 22LR or even 22 WMR.

The trigger on this one is thinner than on my glock 20. And the trigger really is amazing too me. I have glocks, S&W, Ruger, RIA, HK, Dan Wesson and a few more, the trigger on the Canik is better than them all. By better I mean its smoother, shorter reset and no mush.
