We had a conversation about it at work today. It's not my department but we get water treatment chemicals predominantly sent by rail. If the rail strike happens some really big manure could potentially hit the proverbially fan. Other water treatment utilities could face the same issue.

I agree in the end this is fairly meaningless just like all the anti-SAFE Act resolutions back in 2012-2013.
