Simple fix. Just take one of the cables that comes with the cheap lock boxes and cut one end off. Tie the remaining end around an anchor point in your car. If your gun ever gets stolen, report that the fuckers cut your lock box off with the gun in it.

As far as mag releases go, personally I think Glock releases are the worst. No matter what model i use, my fingers get in the way of the opposite side of the release. Not hating on Glocks, i own two and think they shoot fantastic, but the mag releases do suck.
