I do apologize if this has been covered already.
My question is, if I use a dremel to grind the threads on my barrel, and then file and sand it smooth, will this compromise the integrity of the barrel/accuracy of the gun?
If I'm good to go, is there a way to take my thread protector...

Thinking about purchasing this upper and lower kit and then putting this thordsen stock and grip on it.
It comes with a mil spec buffer tube in the kit, my question is what size...
