Went to the DPMS web sight along with other other vendor sites and don't see the DPMS BA-22 upper listed anywhere. They say out stock & DPMS only has the complete 22LR rifles listed. They seem to be the only outfit selling 22LR uppers without muzzle breaks (NY AKA - Brakes)
