Runnings only charge $10 to do the transfer. Actually it's supposed to be that price at all FFL's if you're doing a private sale. I read on the NYS website the maximum FFL's can charge is $10, though many charge more. So you'd be saving around $50 with this from saving on paying tax. 4. A...

Gun is brand new, never fired. Comes with 3 mags exactly like you would get as if buying from the gun shop. Buyer would have to pay all fees. Can meet locally at Runnings Brockport or another FFL in that area.
