Don't forget to add some sauce for the pasta and some spice or sauce for the rice, even cheap gravy mix would add a lot to plain rice after eating just that for a few days. Add in some sugar and fruit for the oatmeal too. It's not bad. Buying food to store is never bad.
IMO, Instead of spending 120$ on a bucket of that freeze dried food I would do something like this instead
Spend 20$ on canned chicken, $10 on canned fruit, $10 canned vegetables.
Buy mylar bags and oxygen absorbers
Buy 40 lbs of white rice
20 lbs of dried beans
10 lbs of oatmeal
20 lbs of some type of pasta noodles, elbows store nicely
Store the bulk dry goods in the mylar bags with oxygen absorbers and sealed shut.
That will cost a similar amount and last a really long time. You will get way more bang for your buck.
