What a load of garbage out of that lawyer’s mouth! I can’t believe an actual lawyer could be that ignorant, stupid, uninformed, unprepared, and disorganized while spitting out a response as illogical as that, and then have a judge find for their side. In NYS, though, the judge would have done exactly that, and even clapped in glee afterwards. At least the 7th circuit has someone with integrity and honesty on the bench. Lucky dogs.
