It will pass. The next Democrat president with a democrat-controlled congress will pass it. The bill will contain an appendix with all of the firearms that we will be allowed to own so as to prove that they are not running afoul of the 2nd amendment since our right to keep and bear arms is being protected. Of course...we'll be left with single-round shotguns, bolt-action rifles without magazines, and maybe some revolvers.
