California Governor Gavin Newsom ended up red-faced after once again trying to dunk on Bed Bath and Beyond for leaving his failing state for greener pastures.As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, Bed Bath and Beyond’s Executive Chairman Marcus Lemonis announced on Wednesday that the company is closing all retail stores in Newsom’s California.
Lemonis added, “This isn’t about politics – it’s about reality. California’s system makes it nearly impossible for businesses to succeed, and I won’t put our company, employees, or customers in that position.”
Bed Bath and Beyond will continue to ship to customers but is cutting out the overregulated, expensive, and risky environments for businesses in the state.
