California county opens up successfully yet Forced to close again?

This makes no sense to me at all. This county opened up successfully for a month with no new cases yet they Governor is forcing them to close again? I just can’t make sense of this.

That, and il duce canceling "Phase 2", is just more evidence that they are not going to let this Country return to normal. They actually WANT people dying of starvation and fighting each other for necessities.

Yes, they have 4 cases, so let's stop all activity, put everyone out of work and make everyone completely dependent on the government. But it's a temporary situation, won't last past the November election ... unless Trump wins.

While Lassen County had no confirmed cases for the past three months,
we were fully aware of the risk that the virus could come to our community,” he wrote. “Unfortunately, this did happen and we now have a serious problem.”

Look 4 cases I get it but if that’s the standard set we’re all screwed. There 30,000 people 4 people equal a 0.013% infection rate. That’s roughly the rate of new hiv/aids infection rate in the USA. Did we shutdown the country for that?

I’d call 4 cases a success. Is an outbreak really 0.013% infection rate when they have likely increased the testing. I’d bet it’s the same infection rate they just weren’t test as much. Of course that’s just a guess.
