I see on the news right now Hillary Clinton is addressing the suspicious packages situation.
Now why would someone like Hillary Clinton (who is for all practical purposes a nobody at this point and time) be on the news
giving her opinion... She no longer holds public office... She sure does make a point of keeping her face in the public eye.
Hillary Clinton and the other prominent Democrat Party leaders have been stoking the fire for a while now.

Only a left leaning group would bother targeting out of power dems. Terrorists, right leaning kooks, or the "russians" would not bother with this target pool using crude devices or be so misinformed to use the wrong addresses as in a couple of these cases. Either an intentionally ineffective dem attention getting false flag scheme, or a botched amatuer revenge bernie supporter are the most probable profiles. . Either way, the culprits will be discovered by authorities, it's not that hard with existing surveillance and undamaged forensics. I hope the truth is shared and not manipulated.
