Until/unless Biden declares martial law, it is inevitable that all AWB's, mag limits, ammo bans, CCP to even buy a pistol at all, will be shitcanned by SCOTUS..........

The Republic, depends upon fear and intimidation created by mass gun ownership ................a method of silent contempt, passive aggressiveness................ that creates a mental barrier of extreme caution in all who would take away your homes, possessions and relocate you to prison camps.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th amendments demand gun ownership, and LC possession.

Unfortunately, no. Courts move slowly, and their makeup changes over time. By the time some of this stuff makes it to SCOTUS, for all we know, we could be dealing with a liberal majority on the court. But we don't even have to go that far - if Thomas croaks, SCOTUS as a whole will be less likely to even pick up gun cases in the first place. And without his influence, cases they do pick up might go the wrong direction, even if the court remains conservative.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I agree with your logic, but we are talking about politics here. Logic need not apply.
