PA requires non-resident permit for NY'ers

And Tennessee just passed legislation for constitutional carry. I don't think it's been signed yet and I don't know how it will affect non residents

Constitutional carry would mean that it would effect non residents the same as residents...

My buddy just bought property north of Knoxville, last Sunday. He'll be moving from Palmyra in about 60 days

seen another state and now cant find the news of it .. change there law .. now non residents can buy a pistol with no PP while there there

Prior to this, a NYer could carry in Georgia on a Utah, Arizona, or Florida permit. This is definitely a step in the right direction.

You can legally buy a pistol without a permit in almost all states.

There's only a handful that require anything more than a 4473 for that.

Alpharetta is where one of my former company's terminals was located. Very convenient since it allowed me the option of stopping for the night before heading around Atlanta and doing it in the wee hours of the morning instead.

Not true. It passed the GA Senate. It appears that it will be going to the Governor for signature. Regardless, with a PA and a UT permit, it's just another measure of assurance when traveling and staying in different places.
