How is this even procedure when this is an elected position? Maybe it is, and I just missed the fine print, but is the position not an elected one by the people? What the fuck say does someone from afar have in this?

If the libs get their way and try to ram through policies with a dem sheriff during the brief period before an election, then I see no justice in this.

if its a voted position there in that county I would think the next in line would take over till next election .. or hootchie hochul can resign right now ..

Dutchess isn’t a burrow of NYC though.

Butch was a friend of the 2nd. Thank goodness the state senate won't agree to a liberal puppet that Hochul will pick.
