How to PM(Private Message)here on NYGF

All right peeps some of you've been having this question the last couple weeks and using the "update your status" to ask questions or ask private stuff maybe. So I'm just gonna post this so everyone that may not now can now have a little help When you're looking for something that says PM, it doesn't say that on this forum it's "start new conversation"..if you click on the person's avatar that you want to talk to, you then see something that says "start a new conversation" when you click start a new conversation that is a PM (private message)it's just not called PM on this forum. Hope that helps some folk.
