Amazing and accurate interpretation that many on here have argued against. I this is how she rolls I like her already. I will however be disappointed if her religious beliefs interfere with the 9th.

If she is elevated to the bench, I'm cautiously optimistic that we may get some rulings in our favor. There's a lot of that go wrong to derail her chances of getting there though.

Fingers crossed that a young, female, Scalia-replacement can lead us out of some of this darkness.

Even if things were to go in our favor. O’l boy Cuomo wouldn’t let that interfere with the NY circus. The unSAFE ACT would be ruled unconstitutional but they’ll create a new unsafe act and pretty much do the whole thing all over again.

Curious as to what you think that could go wrong? She has already gone through this process in 2017. She was already vetted. Already went through hearings. Republicans have already said they are voting for her. They have the numbers. This is all a formality.

The people with the power to confirm said she will be. The senate leaders have stated that they have the votes. No other opinions matter. All of the tears and foot stomping in the world cannot stop it.

She will be confirmed. I would be willing to wager cash on this prediction.

It will be a pretty easy confirmation. No real surprises. A couple of Dems may even jump onboard. There are a few good ones among the bad and the evil.

I do not see any real advancement of the 2A in the next year or so. One of the biggest issues that the 2A community has, is the fact that they keep pushing bad cases. Some of the case work has been very weak.

I still think that we as Americans have some bigger issues to fight right now.

I will not say this nomination and confirmation is a lock, but I do not see reality in which she is not confirmed. Again, not a lock, but holy shit, it is as near of a guarantee as I can imagine.

The 2A is a critical keystone to freedom, but it is not the only one.

If we lose *any* of them, then the others will collapse.

The 2A is as useless without the 1st as the 1st is without the 2nd.

They all work in concert, and all are under assault.

I would even suggest that the 2nd isn’t even the one in the greatest jeopardy.
