Anything that is put on a car can be taken off a car.
I'm sure everyone knows a person who is handy with tools.
The really good ones can do it so it looks like it is still there and working.

It will be no different than the breathalyzers for repeat DWI offenders. It will take your picture when you start it and report back if it loses communication. Sure anything can be done, but most people do not have the means or desire to beat the system that much.

Again like the breathalyzers. One could take another vehicle but getting caught is a separate charge on probably an already conditional license.

I don't like the nanny state bullshit, but this all all for people who have proven they cannot follow the rules. I think the punishment should be harsher, not more monitoring
