And here always thought it was so we could see the point of impact easier from a distance. Hmmm, racist pieces of paper! And by the way, I've never had black targets, mine are white.

Edit/ that's a lie, I use dirty birds paint splattered targets, and they are black on the outside. I do apologize.

I'm fully aware of our history and the color of the jackets Lol. But in this country it's more of a fittingly racist way the red means Native American which is why I posted what I posted ;)

I've reloaded projectiles from Black Bullet International (which didn't fit well through some of my barrel chambers, btw). So, if you use those black projectiles, from a black gun, against a black target...you've created a veritable Chicago gang battle. No?

did the "study" take into account that the black community is just 13% of the total population, but Blacks commit 52% of murders? Thats doesn't include robberies, rapes and other violent crime.
