Seriously. I get it, some cannot leave, many can but refuse and then complain about the Liberal policies.

Do what is right by your families and move to a better place. No area is perfect, but NY is bad/evil on each and every level.

By my rough calculations, it would be $20/year. But we all know that $20/customer/year won't be going back to ratepayers. It will go into the pockets of the companies. No way are they reducing the bills.
