Just sent in paper work to add a new pistol to my license. Receipt was in my name, so sent in my paper work, and my wife's with a letter giving my permission to add "my gun" to her permit. Just like we've done with the other 20 something pistols we have on our permits. This time we get it all returned saying the letter needs to be noterizred. When did this start. I thought things were supposed to be getting better, not worse. I hate NY.
