Renew/recertify CCW License in Westchester County

In Westchester County how early can we
Renew/recertify my CCW LICENSE before the actual Expiration date? like 1 month or 3 months early advanced or close to the expiration date? Before they even send out a letter reminding us, Also for the recertify/renewal forms how does the clerk accept the forms do they need it be printed out double sided or printed out single sheet?
