They can't do that. If they did that then the real violence would drop to an all time low and then they couldn't come after law abiding citizens

Here's an idea.

What if we took the people who are committing the violence, and we somehow separated them from the people they are committing it against ?

Maybe for a specific amount of time ? say 10-20 years ?
