Yep, SCOTUS refused to take up the Maryland AWB case....................
It leaves in place, AWB's across the country as more such laws are enacted.
It appears that SCOTUS is in no mood to arm the Blue States with AR's..............leaving it to the states to decide.
These are dangerous times, and allowing blue State leftists to buy AR's may be a bad idea in todays climate.
SCOTUS did not ban AR's just did not decide to hear any such AWB cases now................
