A good friend has Property in a cul de sac I believe a little over 2 Acer's he was planning on moving to Sumter SC after retirement but ended up in Delaware which he's been content ever since he's not into Firearms just fishing and enjoying life Peacefully so if anyone seriously looking for something like this property in a free state and is planning to the future escape of land let me know ! And I would gladly let him know I believe Property was once a pecan farm

He still drives up to NY for fishing he just couldn't continue with all the NYS drama

not sure he hasn't been down there since he purchased the property his plans were to build but went to Delaware on fishing trip ended up moving all he's done with Property is pay the yearly taxes
