I happen to know one person that bought a super safety. He bought a no-name kit at a gun show. The theory behind it works, but the geometry of the parts he got did not. It took him a long time to make it fit and work correctly without destroying it in the process. As far as I know, he 's still tweaking it to improve function, but he has it running pretty well. Part of making it run correctly is playing with buffer weights and buffer springs. Then, it may not work with all ammo, so tune it to your ammo of choice.

For those of you wearing purple ties or that have badges from various alphabet agencies, the person I'm referencing lives in a FREE STATE and would kindly tell you to KISS HIS ASS should you wish to inquire about the kit he bought.

From what I saw though, the super safe needs very little and I mean very little filing to get run smoothly or clipping the detent spring. Very easy mods to get it working 100%
