There are so many moral ambiguities regarding this. Is this stuff "assault wire"? Suppose you brought a couple rolls to your next "alt-right demonstration" and deployed it between you and the antifa types. If they try to breach, is it your assault, or theirs? Geez, it's enough to make your brain hurt.

I had a neighbor fence in about 10 acres . Ran barb wire . folks are saying that DEC made him take it down and he put up smooth wire . If he ran livestock it would be permitted ... Otherwise it was not allowed . . Don't know how true this is but smooth wire is up now.
