That's how justice works. He doesn't have to prove it. They have to disprove it.
Are you trying to say that the burden of proof lies with the Government? That they need to prove a crime was committed, and the accused committed the crime beyond all reasonable doubt? Like in the old'en days?
Im pretty sure all those agents could have come up with a charge in 3 weeks if they had the evidence of a crime , or maybe they got nothing that would stick in court ? No, Im sure they have to go through all those documents for a few more weeks , its a lot of work for 30 agents , thats only like 1,200 man hours per week x 3 ,They only spent 3,600 man hours and there must be at least hundreds of pages to go through It might take years for justice to be done.
