Most of the rest of the middle east has gotten over their irrational hatred of Isreal.

They're not going to be best buddies anytime soon, but they recognize that the animosity isn't doing anyone any favors.

Egypt and the Saudis would be perfectly happy to take a "live and let live" relationship.

And if it really came down to an either or, I think they would pick Isreal over Iran, because they know who's a real threat to them.

The Saudis have been openly at war with the Houthis for a long time.

Hamas and their offshoots like Muslim Brotherhood have tried to overthrow most of the governments in the middle east. You're not getting Egypt or Jordan to take their side on anything.
