They started doing this after the Supreme Court ruling saying that cities could take their encampments down. California surprisingly supported this but I’m sure it’s only because their citizens are sick of them being around. They are even invading my downtown and some surrounding areas. They put a nice bathroom in a secluded area with dumpsters, bridges, and restaurants so they came. I said it from the get go that this would be a homeless and drug addict attraction, but of course I was wrong and rude. Lo and behold I was right and now it’s a problem because the homeless have been buying booze for teenagers and citizens don’t like it.
