I dont know about you guys, but I feel safer already.

I guess the flip side is that the state gets $14,000 for a case that had the support of over a dozen people. The time and man power put into investigating this far exceeds 14k when factoring the cost. Then again, this is NY we are talking about.

I think they are going after the supply of the toy guns so they can ... Turn them in at gun free events and funnel the tax money.

Maybe people shouldn't use toy guns to commit crimes, or put themselves in a situation where they will be killed because a LEO (or anyone) is threatened by someone who is brandishing what appears to be a 'real gun'.

Walked with the wife to buy the Granddaughter some shorts and past by the makeup area and it was all lock up show cases.(Walmart)
Remember service merchandise, well due to the let the crime go in punished, we will all be shopping in the one item of each or catalog and some dirt bag will pull the order out back and when your number is called you can pick up whatever they tossed in.
Walmart and others pay for the theft then pay to lock everything, talk about a tariff when we buy! A crime tariff.

2 years ago, Jumbo James sued PepsiCo, claiming the company contributed to plastic pollution in the Buffalo River. The lawsuit claimed that PepsiCo's single-use plastic packaging was a source of pollution. The judge dismissed the lawsuit, citing that it was a predatory lawsuit and that the judicial system should not be burdened with such claims.


And this one.
1 year ago, New York State Attorney General Jumbo James sued beef producer JBS in state court for allegedly misleading the public about a pledge the company made to reduce its climate pollution by 2040. The thing is, Jumbo sued JBS last year in 2024. How does that make any sense? - The case is still being litigated.

And this one. There's more, but you get the idea. After doing some research on it this morning, there is definitely a pattern of predatory lawsuits from the NY AG Office led by Jumbo James.

Then there's the whole predatory actions led by Jumbo James taken against Donald Trump and his family. Jumbo James sued Trump for $450 million.

Jumbo James is a corrupt shake-down artist who uses her power as the AG to use manipulative tactics and or schemes to extort money. Jumbo is a criminal acting as the NY AG.

Jumbo James should be disbarred at the very least, but she really belongs in prison. IMO

But the only thing that's going to happen to Jumbo James is that she will be crowned the next New York State Governor.

I noticed that the multiple mortgage frauds that Jumbo has been accused of have fallen off the radar. Even though her signature is on the fraudulent documents. (low hanging fruit if you will.)
That figures, why am I not surprised? Probably because nothing ever happens to the Democrat criminals except for being rewarded with more money and power.

So, say hello to future NY Governor Jumbo James.

I grew up in the 1960s and 70s. I can remember me and my friends running around town with our toy guns and no one took a second look. This was before the clown world era, when we would also buy actual ammo for our .22s at the hardware store. No BGC or questions asked.

The reason why this is "fines" and not criminal charges is because they'd be in HELL if this were under penal law because they'd be redefining a firearm. So they just put it under business law since there is less "harm" to justify the higher courts taking it.

As ridiculous as this is it wasn't even Walmart itself that committed the crime, it was 3rd party providers using Walmart's website!

Be careful if you make a finger gun and actually pull the trigger! You might be up for attempted murder should your finger point toward anyone... If more than one person be accused of a Mass Casualty Event, especially if a gaggle of snowflakes are present!
