Just ordered the Volquartsen Automatic Ruger 10/22 Bolt Release for my Ruger 10/22. Tired of fighting with the stock bolt release. I decided not to modify the OEM part just in case I need to have any warranty work done on my rifle. I will reinstall the original part if needed. The part comes in black or silver.

I bought a hanks belt in bison in the dark brown color. Sexy looking belt. I hate my KORE belt. It always rolls up on me. Love my leather.

Hanks heavy leather carry belts are definitely the way to go. I’ve had mine for over 5 years now and it shows very little wear so far.

It wasn’t cheap so hopefully. I liked my Bigfoot gun belt but it got a bit tight for me.

Good to hear. The belt was $159, but there were some discounts so it’s around $120. I’m sure I will like it better than the synthetic crap from KORE. I know people love KORE belts but not this guy.

With Hanks belts, their stitched gunner did not hold up well for me after a year or so carrying compacts, sub compacts, or micros. Similarly priced Beltman products, recommended on this (and predecessor) forum, held up much better after several years.
I am still a happy Hanks customer for other products but can not recommend their entry level belts for carry. The heavy belts you guys are getting, however, look great.

I got the synthetic one and I hate it. Glad you like the leather one. It rides up on me and pinches my stomach.
I got both in the 2 pack. I don't have that issue. The end would stick out from my body with the nylon one, but they include an end keeper for just that reason.
Been carrying my P99 with it in the Crossbreed Supertuck the last 2 days. It's nice with a stiff belt like this as it's like you tell the gun where to go, as opposed the the gun/ holster yanking your pants around with the cheap belt i was using.

It happens to me and my son for some reason. I bought a hanks belt to replace it. I like full leather anyway but everyone I know loves KORE belts so I decided to try one and my son needed a new belt. He’s like a 26’ pant so I said I’d buy him one at the same time because nothing in stores fits him. He doesn’t like it either. Obviously we’re in the minority.
