Side of the windshield. It was reckless driving and I won’t argue that but do you seriously believe that officer felt his life was in danger? I don’t.

The car was moving so slowly, even in the full speed videos, that he could have easily stepped aside. This is poor training. If you watch the whole video, not only does he put himself in front of the moving vehicle unnecessarily, he shoots three times. Two of which are shown very clearly after he is clear of the car. Why the overkill? If she had a weapon, you had better believe that would be the top headline right now.

The drivers side of the windshield. Where the person operating the vehicle was seated. Wouldn't make sense to fire in the center of the window and hit nothing.

The car literally hit him in the legs. No time to get out of the path or he would have.

This angle looks more damning against him. She is focused on the officer to the left, attempting to turn, and rather than move to the side the officer quickly unholsters and shoots, three times! The second and third time he leans into her window from side. Where is the credible threat?

Acceleration seems to happen once is deceased, likely slumped on the gas pedal. If anything, he increased the chances of her swerving and connecting with another officer.
A trigger happy, inexperienced reaction to a situation that most trained police officers would never find themselves in.

I don’t believe citizen should interfere in ICE operations - let me be clear - but that does not justify this. It will be very interesting to learn more about his prior work experience.

The shots come from the agent in FRONT of the car. The one she was accelerating towards. Theres no sitting at home on your couch analyzing things frame by frame in slow mo at that point. No pondering "I wonder if she intends to run me over".

She was there for one reason, and that was to interfere with ICE agents doing their jobs. The job that We the People hired Donald Trump to get done. She had her car parked in their way, she was told to get out of the car, and instead she sped off. Sometimes you get the bull by the horns, sometimes you get gored. Why would he need a fair hearing in that city? They have no jurisdiction over a federal officer. This is why the latest headline that the feds aren't letting them in on the investigation is so funny. It's not a states matter. I do like how when Trump used the national guard he was literally Hitler and a danger to democracy, but it's perfectly acceptable for a democratic governor to use them.
