Carrying a firearm with a CCW doesn’t make you more entitled to confrontation. It makes you more responsible for avoiding it.
According to CNN, Pretti broke a rib after getting tackled by agents as he attempted to impede an immigration operation just one week before his death.
Question Did he have a gun on him the week before when his ribs were broken ? Did he decide that the next time I get into a fight with a Federal law enforcement officer .. I will be packing and I will use this gun if confronted ... This fellow was doing more than just standing in a crowd
