Same here... I just don't like how it occasionally pops up saying "You've made XX purchases.." I don't need a reminder of my Amazon addiction. I'm on a first-name basis with my UPS driver.

Been using Smile for years, but I do St. Jude Research Hospital. Guns are fun, but saving the life of a baby is WAY more important in the big scheme of things.

Convenience factor. I know, sloppy answer. I'd prefer American-made everything, but I'm not willing spend 2-3 times the price to get it. (except with firearms, I think all of my current ones are USA-made..)
I also prefer having as few accounts on as few websites as possible.
