Is CT may issue or shall issue for Full Carry for us non-leo/celebrities/political elites. Would it matter if your NY pistol license is "restricted". (suffolk county does not lift restrictions for us serfs).

CT is shall issue full carry. If you are in the lower NY Westchester/ Putnam/ Rockland / Dutchess area get in touch with us.

Sounds good, I don't have my NY pistol license yet, but will keep note once I do.
I have a Virginia Non- Resident but since I can't posses in NY yet I'll have to wait

Does anyone have contact info for a CT location to take the Basic Pistol course? I am assuming they provide a handgun since you don't have a permit? What kind of price do they charge?
